Tabitha specialises in all aspects of employment law and has a particular specialism in employee data privacy.

Tabitha predominantly advises employers and while she works with clients in a broad range of sectors, she has particular experience in advising major corporates, hedge funds and private equity houses.

She advises on a broad range of employment law issues including corporate transactions, TUPE, restrictive covenant disputes, contentious matters such as high-value employment tribunal claims and day-to-day work place issues.

Her data privacy practice includes advising on issues the rights of individuals, including data subject access requests, data breaches and employee monitoring. She is a certified member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Qualified in England and Wales, 2014.
