Alex advises on all aspects of procurement, including in relation to procurement strategies, building contracts (including JCT and other forms), consultant appointments, warranties, third party rights, bonds and guarantees.

He has experience in development finance, acquisition transactions and real estate development work including office and hotel developments, high-end residential developments and large mixed-use schemes. He also provides construction due diligence support for corporate and real estate matters.

Alex’s clients include developers, funders, owner occupiers, private clients and architects.

Alex is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
