Alex advises on a range of fraud, asset recovery, and investigations, as well as general commercial disputes.

He has a particular specialism in cross-border disputes, often involving parallel proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. He also has experience of high-profile group litigation and cases involving litigation funding. He regularly represents clients in the High Court and Court of Appeal, and in international arbitration and mediation.

With specific expertise in assisting with securing domestic and worldwide freezing orders, he has worked on cases involving allegations of corporate raiding, conspiracy, defamation, breach of confidence and misuse of private information, sham transactions and breaches of fiduciary duty. He also has experience in “s.994” unfair prejudice petitions.
