Helen specialises in complex regulatory investigations and financial services litigation.

Helen regularly works for global financial institutions in relation to some of their most significant regulatory enforcement matters and internal investigations. She has experience of dealing with matters which are highly sensitive, where the client’s business and reputation are often at risk.

Helen has worked on a number of high-profile investigations involving both UK and overseas regulatory bodies and government agencies, including the FCA and SFO as well as the US Department of Justice, the SEC and the CFTC. Examples of work include matters involving the alleged manipulation of LIBOR, failings in systems and controls, market abuse and insider dealing.

Helen is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association.
