Bahar advises multinationals on transfer pricing and valuation issues in relation to M&A and private equity transactions, structuring of investment funds, remuneration, real estate and disputes and group tax planning.

She provides both steers and reports including thin capitalisation reports, ATCAs, master and local files advising on the pricing of investment management fees, advisory fees and other intragroup services according to OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.

Bahar determines the arm’s length price for the arrangements under review by collecting, analysing and evaluating data collected from databases and through market knowledge.
