Georgia has a broad practice in all aspects of commercial real estate.

Georgia has a wide range of experience in the real estate sector including acquisitions and disposals of portfolio and high value assets (either directly or through corporate vehicles), real estate finance transactions, development projects and landlord and tenant matters. Her clients include developers, corporates, financial institutions and property investors, both in the UK and internationally.

Her sector experience includes offices, life sciences, industrial and logistics, student accommodation, and leisure and retail.

Advising Derwent London on the sale of its 63,170 sq ft freehold interest in 19 Charterhouse Street, EC1 for £54m.
