Helen acts on a wide range of residential property matters in prime central London and in the country for private and corporate clients.

Helen acts on high-value and complex residential sales, purchases and financings, including heritage properties and properties with development potential. She has considerable experience in acting for developers and residents in new build prime and super prime developments.

She acts on lease extension and enfranchisement claims for both landlords and tenants, often in the context of a sale or purchase. Recent claims have been made on the Grosvenor, Howard de Walden and Wellcome Trust estates.

Her clients are private individuals and family offices, charities, property developers, investors and lenders.

Helen has been recognised in the 2019 and 2020 eprivateclient “Top 35 under 35” list which recognises rising stars in the private client practitioner industry.

Qualified in England and Wales, 2014.
