Oli is a solicitor in the litigation group, he advises on a range of international and domestic fraud and criminal matters, employment disputes, regulatory investigations and general commercial litigation.
Oli has acted for individuals, organisations and state bodies in proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as in mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
He has represented clients in a range of industries and sectors including energy and natural resources, banking, financial services, and biotech.
Oli has a particular interest in litigation funding and has advised both funders and funded claimants on cases backed by external investment.
Oli is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
