Constance advises clients on a wide range of employment related matters, both contentious and non-contentious.

She acts for a variety of clients, including financial services institutions, large corporates, media agencies and family offices. She advises on a broad range of employment law issues including workplace discrimination, terminations, and redundancies. She also has experience drafting bespoke settlement agreements and has assisted clients with a variety of employment related disputes including preparing for both Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal hearings.

Constance also advises on the employment law aspects of corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, including advising on TUPE issues and assisting with the implementation of post-completion employment arrangements.
