Jagwinder Kaur Associate

Jagwinder assists with a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for a broad range of clients, including major corporates and private equity houses.

Her work includes assisting clients with day-to-day workplace matters, advising on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions and drafting bespoke settlement agreements. Jagwinder also advises on Employment Tribunal disputes, litigation tactics and settlement negotiations.

Jagwinder actively participates in a range of firm-wide activities. She sits on the steering group of our REACH (race, ethnicity and cultural heritage) staff network, a forum for networking and peer support between ethnic minority staff and allies, which enables the sharing and exchange of relevant information and ideas. She is also one of the firm’s representatives for the UK's first inter-firm diversity network, NOTICED, and mentors students as part of the Macfarlanes Legal Academy mentoring programme.
