Rosie advises clients on a broad range of UK and cross-border tax matters.

She represents a range of clients including investment managers, family offices, private equity firms and corporates. In particular, her experience includes advising on group tax planning, the establishment and structuring of investment funds and the tax aspects of corporate transactions.
