Victoria advises on a range of contentious matters, with a particular focus on tax disputes.

Victoria advises a variety of clients in relation to contentious tax issues such as HMRC investigations and wider commercial disputes with tax aspects.

She has experience of proceedings and applications at all levels of the UK civil court system, from the First Tier Tax Tribunal to the Supreme Court.

Victoria has a particular interest in cases involving alleged professional negligence against advisors and in claims for judicial review.
