Alice advises individuals, trustees and family offices on a broad range of trust law, tax and estate planning issues.
Alice has experience advising trustees and individuals on the implementation and running of asset holding structures, usually involving trusts with assets and beneficiaries across multiple jurisdictions. She has also been involved in high-value trust matters with a litigious or a potentially litigious element.
She advises on UK and international estate planning, including the preparation of wills and advising on the UK tax and succession implications of moving to, or leaving, the UK. Alice has also assisted clients with HMRC enquiries.
