Jack advises on all aspects of work relating to private funds. With a particular focus on fundraising, he advises both fund managers and investors.

Jack advises fund managers on the establishment, structuring and operation of various funds across different asset classes, including private equity, real estate, credit and hedge funds, as well as advising on team incentive arrangements. He also advises on secondary transactions and assists institutional investors with reviewing and negotiating fund investments.
