Shang-Hsuen advises on all aspects of work relating to private funds.

Shang-Hsuen advises fund managers on the establishment, structuring and operation of private funds and separate managed accounts across multiple asset classes. He has worked on a number of fundraisings across private equity, infrastructure and credit, assisted institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating fund investments, and advised fund managers on M&A and post-closing integration activities.

In 2020, he spent three months on secondment at Liberty Global.
